Entertainment Planning FAQ
Everything couples ask as their planning their events entertainment
To ensure we have enough time to review your details and prepare for your event, all planning forms should be completed at least two weeks before your event date.
We encourage you to start early and update your information as plans come together. Completing your forms ahead of time allows us to:

✔️ Coordinate important moments and announcements
✔️ Schedule your final planning meeting efficiently
✔️ Ensure nothing is overlooked before your big day
Yes! We understand that music preferences and event details can evolve as your celebration gets closer.
Up until two weeks before your event, simply contact our support team and we can reopen your planning forms so you can make updates to your music selections and event details.
Once your event is within two weeks, we begin final preparation for your celebration. At that point, we ask that all music changes, timeline updates, and event-related communication be made directly with your assigned DJ.
This helps ensure all updates are communicated accurately and incorporated into your final event plan.
That’s completely normal. We provide planning tools, music suggestions, and popular song lists to help inspire your selections. Start with your must-play songs and add more as you go.
Not at all. We simply need guidance on your favorite styles, artists, and songs. We’ll use our experience to fill in the gaps and keep the energy flowing throughout your celebration.

Before your event, you can invite guests to submit song requests through a personalized request page. This gives us valuable insight into the music your family and friends are excited to hear while helping us identify songs that appeal to multiple generations and groups of guests.

Absolutely. While our primary focus is helping you identify the songs, artists, and genres you love, we also understand that there may be certain songs that could negatively impact your celebration or bring back unwanted memories.
Rather than building a long list of songs to avoid, we encourage couples to focus on the music that reflects their personalities and creates the atmosphere they want for their event. When we know what you love, there’s naturally less room for songs you don’t.
That said, it’s important for us to know about any songs that could ruin a special moment, create discomfort, or simply don’t belong at your celebration. Your planning forms include a section where you can share those must-avoid songs, artists, or genres.
