Yes!  Our recommendations for picking out the music of your dance include 8-10 songs that are personal to you and your wedding party—noted as B&G Favorites.   Then pick out 20 play, if possible, songs.  The DJ will mix in your favorites, guests’ requests, and all the top hits for a perfect mix of music. 

Your timeline will auto-populate after you fill out the event questionnaire.   Then you can drag and drop your activities and songs to complete the timeline. 

Yes,  you can either email us details of the specialty dance or just add it to the timeline! 

If you are not wanted to do a specialty dance, just click don’t need.   If you want to have a special dance that is not listed just reach out to us and we will get it added to the planning from. 

Yes,  Your DJ will contact you about 30 days before your event.    Please have the music selection completed before finalizing your event details. 

Yes,  the DJ will take guests’ requests; we prioritize requests that are coming for those dancing and will find the appropriate time to play said songs. 

All Planning forms must be completed an finalized two weeks before your event. 

Yes, we will work with your vendors on the day off to make any needed announcements.  We also announce the special dance and any other activities you would like. 

No, we only ask that the event worksheet and music selection be completed.  The DJ will reach out to you by email or text go over any questions they may have.
