IMPORTANT: All event forms and music selections must be completed before your lockout date and final planning meeting with your DJ to ensure a smooth, personalized celebration.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Your DJ will create a customized music experience based on your preferences, timeline, and planning details. We’ll guide the flow of your event while keeping the focus on celebrating with your guests.
Your DJ arrives 60–90 minutes early to set up and be fully ready before the music begins (venue access permitting).
To keep everything smooth and stress-free, all planning details must be finalized by your lockout date. After that, changes aren’t guaranteed — this helps your DJ focus on execution, not last-minute logistics.
If your event is outdoors, we’ll always prioritize safety for you, your guests, and our equipment. Weather decisions are made in real time, and alternate indoor options are always appreciated.
We work within venue rules and city sound ordinances. Volume or end-time restrictions are normal and don’t affect the quality of your experience.
We may capture short clips or photos for marketing purposes. If you’d prefer we don’t, just let us know in writing before your event.
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your event, any payments made beyond the non-refundable booking fee may be refunded depending on how far in advance notice is provided.
If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate your new date. If your original DJ is unavailable, we’ll provide a qualified replacement DJ from our team. Any available rescheduling credits must be used within 12 months and have no cash value.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide services and cannot secure a replacement DJ, all payments made, including your booking fee, will be fully refunded.
