Yes, we can handle outdoor events; however, we reserve the right to refuse service if inclement weather is present or anticipated, including rain, hail, wind, or other severe conditions. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If weather poses a risk, you may move the event to an alternate location, and we’ll ensure adequate setup time without applying penalties for a delayed start.
